great service but rooms need updates
The staff's attention to detail was excellent. Amanda quickly assisted me when I left my wallet behind. Mr Markese ensured my friend and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. The personalized service elevated our stay.
The room decor felt a bit dated compared to the modern amenities promised.

Stylish and comfortable hotel, it's the best 3-star experience I ever had. It has GOOD location to see Regions Field. There is a good restaurant not too far from venue. The restaurant serves delicious Mexican food.

Room had a microwave, refrigerator, and a tv. Included air conditioning and a sofa bed for extra comfort. Staff was quick to respond when I needed a hairdryer. Here's the real story
While the hotel's location was perfect for my plans, I encountered noise disturbances that affected my sleep. The breakfast area management also left much to be desired, with disorganization and staff rudeness marking the experience. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and accommodating otherwise.

Spacious conference facilities.
The check-in was disorganized and took forever. After finally getting to my room, the Wi-Fi was virtually non-existent. To add insult to injury, I found ants crawling around in the bathroom, a clear sign of poor pest control measures.

The room was clean and had comfy beds. I had a hard time figuring out the thermostat, and it took me a minute to work the TV. The hair dryer was new and worked great. The room I got wasn't what I booked, but the staff was friendly about it. No written materials in the room was a bit confusing. Had pancakes and bacon for breakfast that were solid. I could grab my own coffee, nice!
